Why I’m so passionate about this

I have been where you are. I have been at the top of my sport as a professional athlete and fitness competitor. I have battled through multiple injuries. I have faced setbacks that could have ended my career. And more recently I have survived two major heart attacks, which only reinforced what I have known all along – health is the foundation for everything you want to do in life.

Those moments didn’t end my journey, they gave me a deeper reason to keep going and to help others do the same. Because the truth is, no matter where you are starting from, it’s never too late to build a stronger, healthier and more capable version of yourself.
