I have been training with Dan for almost 6 weeks and I am very happy with my results so far. In the past I have been pushed to lift heavy weights and usually have injured myself by now! During my initial consult with Dan I informed him of my medical conditions being sciatica and low cortisol, he understood my concerns and plans my workouts to still be challenging but not damaging to my body/health.
