Rick Brennan has been a one stop shop for me in terms of improving my strength, joint stability, endurance and diet, all within the confines of a private studio in Broadbeach. There’s nowhere else I’d go for Personal Training on the Gold Coast than RBF. You can’t find Ricks level of experience and knowledge anywhere else. Rick introduced me to Daniel and I haven’t looked back! My motivation for training has returned after being in a slump for a while. My body is unrecognisable! Daniel mixes things up and that’s what I love the most. His sessions are never dull or boring. He’s organised and thinks outside the usual PT box. Don’t be fooled by his cute appearance. He kicks arse!!! Hard! 


I've worked with trainers all over the world – Rick is one of the best. He's a phenomenal trainer – extremely knowledgeable & professional – with a detail-oriented dedication that makes meeting goals more immediately attainable if you're willing to put in the work. Excellent results. He tailored my program to my needs and goals, pushing me, but never over-doing it. His nutrition & supplement knowledge is also a massive plus. He's a lovely guy to boot – can't recommend highly enough.


I have been training with Dan for almost 6 weeks and I am very happy with my results so far. In the past I have been pushed to lift heavy weights and usually have injured myself by now! During my initial consult with Dan I informed him of my medical conditions being sciatica and low cortisol, he understood my concerns and plans my workouts to still be challenging but not damaging to my body/health. I recommend this fitness centre for anyone who is after more personalised workouts from experienced fitness/sports professionals rather than trainers whom have a 6 month PT training course and now call themselves a PT!
