All in-stock orders are dispatched within two business days. However, orders during sale or promotional periods may take up to 7 business days for dispatch. Orders received on non-business days will be processed and dispatched on the next business day being Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on public holidays.
Orders are sent via Australia Post which features tracking and you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. Delivery for this service generally takes between 2 to 10 business days.

Please note - we cannot be responsible for packages that are left unattended by Australia Post. Once an item has been 'delivered' via our tracking system you must consult directly with Australia Post for  enquiries relating to your delivery.


Shipping charges vary depending on the products ordered and the destination. Once a tracking number is issued by Australia Post, we will not re-ship the item and we will not provide a refund or a credit. We will however, do our best to assist you to locate the package.
If a parcel is unclaimed, it will be returned to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges if they wish for the parcel to be resent.


Please choose items carefully. We do not accept returns for used products if you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind. We understand that everybody's taste is not the same so with that in mind please choose items carefully.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:
If you have received a damaged or faulty or incorrect product from Rick Brennan Fitness Online, please email info@rickbrennan.com.au with the following:
• Full Name
• Contact details
• Original Order number/receipt
• Any relevant photos

No refunds are provided for digital products.
