Please note that our digital products are non-refundable. Once you have purchased access to a 12 week program, you will have ongoing access to the app for the duration of the subscription. Our program is designed as a 12-week commitment and we have structured your plans accordingly, and we ask that you commit to the full duration of the program in order to see the best possible results.
Please keep in mind that individual results may vary based on factors such as commitment, adherence to the program, and pre-existing health conditions.
If you wish to cancel your ongoing subscription, we require 7 days, notice prior to the end of your current billing cycle via the app, and cancellation can only occur after the initial 12-week commitment has been fulfilled. Please be aware that cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and we cannot offer prorated refunds for any unused portion of the subscription.
